SANDFLOAT- An Innovative System Design with build in flocculation zone, clarification with dissolved air floatation, filtration, backwash, wash water recovery and sludge removal all in a single unit. SANDFLOAT is a modular unit which had been proven to be most suitable used for dam water and pond water. The unit is pre-fabricated at the workshop and it only need to be plug and place when delivered to site, hence fast & easy in installation is the KEY words.
Main Advantages:
- Gives excellent filtered water quality using double media filter bed with fine sand
- Accepts high inlet suspended solid concentration – up to 150 mg/l
- DAF clarification and filter media backwash are operated continuously at the same time
- Does not require any external tanks for clean water or backwash water
- Has only one single sludge outlet
